Starting tomorrow I will be going on a 21 day cleanse. I first heard about this cleanse a couple of weeks ago. Oprah had the woman who came up this cleanse on her show and Op did it for 21 days. She blogged about it on her website. At first i said no way thats def not happening. Couple days later I took my friend Meghan to a work event and as we sat there eating our chicken nacho supreme she blurts out that she wants to lose 20 lbs by October. I asked her how she was going to do it. She said work out really hard and eat right. The it came to me. Why not jump start this diet with the cleanse. It will make your body feel a hell of alot better and a chance to restart your metabolism. So i told her we should do the Op Cleanse. I explained to her what it was. You cant eat any animal product (including dairy), sugar, caffeine, alcohol and gluten. She looked at me funny and said what the hell can you eat. As is the question i get from everyone i ever told about this cleanse. The truth is there are plenty of things you can eat. Is basically a vegan diet. I convinced her, (not so much on the food part but the fact that she would probably lose 10 to 15 lbs in a month) So we made a pact right there over out chicken nachos to do it. July 1st was the start date. ( I also enlisted my older brother to do it) So here we are on the verge of our 21 day cleanse. I did all my whole foods shopping today and im ready to do this. I feel like im changing a part of my life that i have been wanting to change for so long now. The only question remains.. do i have the willpower to do it? Guess I'll just have to wait and see.....

Since the date of this post is relatively old, I take it that your 21 day cleanse is over and perhaps was a highly successful one. Congrats.
